The Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) is the only way to carry out a scientific assessment about the impact on the environment of the different products analyzed. Therefore, it is a relation of all the positive and negative impacts on the environment. These impacts are measured in each stage of life of the product “from the cradle to the grave” (ie. from the extraction of the raw materials to the end of the use of the product and the consequent demolition of the builing), with indicators related to waste, emissions and resource consumption.
We support the development of LCA for insulation products in accordance with ISO 14025, EN 15084 and EN 15942.
Our insulation products have an extremely positive eco balance. When they are used in buildings, they provide environmental advantages that widely exceed the negative effects in their phase of production, as is clearly shown in the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
